Acne Free Severe can also be found through major retail stores such as Walmart, and again, it competes against Proactiv, claiming to have more powerful effects at a cheaper price.
What Ingredients are in Acne Free Severe?
But the only difference between Acne Free and Acne Free Severe is the addition of a derivative of vitamin A known as Retin A. Retin A can encourage more efficient cell production, but it comes with many of the same side effects as benzyl peroxide, and the results are generally about the same as benzyl peroxide. Even with retin-A, Acne Free Severe is a weaker formula than Proactiv.
What Else Should I Know about Acne Free Severe?
In short, if you have already tried Acne Free without any results, you won't see results with Acne Free Severe. If you have an extremely mild case of acne and hardy skin, it may work for you. But by mild, we mean about 1-2 zits total. Even in that case, you are unlikely to see results.
