What is Clearogen?
Clearogen is the self proclaimed "first natural acne treatment to address the underlying cause of adult and teenage acne instead of just treating the symptoms." Apparently the DHT hormone is responsible for all your acne problems, because it causes excess oil production. They promise to provide you with prescription grade ingredients in their cleanser, toner, and lotion combination.
What Else Should I Know about Clearogen?
The problem is that most acne treatments, well all acne treatments besides Clearogen, who claim to attack acne at the source actually work from the inside, because that is recognized as the way to attack acne at the source. In addition, their formula doesn't affect DHT, it just uses ingredients you see in hundreds of other products including salicylic acid and benzyl peroxide. However, unlike those hundreds of other options, Clearogen sells for $69 instead of $10-$30.
