Murad Acne Complex Review
What is Murad Acne Complex?
Murad is one of the most well known products on the market, and it has become one of the most popular in some ways. It is largely based on infomercial hype, and they use a 3 step system to supposedly attack your acne. They use ingredients like salicylic acid, and the even challenge you to take the "clear skin challenge." On the plus side, it gives you the whole kit for just $29.95 with a clarifying cleanser, an exfoliating acne gel, and a skin perfecting lotion.
What Ingredients are in Murad Acne Complex?
On the negative side, Murad isn't exactly known for producing quality products. It uses only a small amount of salicylic acid, which is an extremely common acne fighting ingredient that doesn't always work the way we want it to. Otherwise, their formula is filled with fruit extracts, which don't actually attack acne. It also has quite a few preservatives, which again don't actually attack acne in any way, shape, or form. They may damage your skin in some cases, but not cure your acne.
What Else Should I Know about Murad Acne Complex?
It would be a mistake to willfully sign up for their "skin care club" and autoship program. The product has nothing that would redeem it. The one ingredient that could possibly redeem it is used only in an extremely small and ineffective amount. They don't come from a line well known for efficient products, but rather infomercial hype. The only reason you would buy Murad is on an impulse buy.
